    Reb Josh and to Monique,
As I've been reading through/back through, this post; I'm blessed again by the opportunity be enlighted and re-enlighted by the content of this valuble and need blog. I did notice, and most in the 45 comments,(some that took their own trails)on the developmental future of leadership in the alfabet soup of the modern"Messianic Movement"; in my observation there was a clear focus of being a Jew ie. being steeped ones Jewish identity was as one comment said, I know it's (referring to a guys name) a real Jewish name if he's; Mort,Sid,Arty,Kravits,Abramson,Kay,Kehrens. A Yid. Our joint families have heritage form Ukrain,Slavic,Bulgarian,Eastern Germany and Germany. We love Yiddishka. And all The tight community in all the subsequent diversities. However one of the qualities we find in a number of current MJ congregations is People from Mexico,South America,Spain with not only names like Benjimen,Kohin, other more Latin names all old Jewish families. And rediscoverd family ties just as families that escaped persecution in Europe. A value that seems to be found in the progressive jewish mindset. Does this mean we have the oppertunity to help lead the way in genuinely more inclusive discussion of authentic Jewish idenity. I hope so as we work to become an asset to the jewish community at large. If you seen Rabbi Allen I hope you said Hi. I value that guy

Yasher Koach and I hope the coming tax year will bring you both Blessing and Prosperity.
